WRS Tech is looking to recruit a Recruitment Resourcer to join our very successful team based in our exclusive offices in Hampshire and to help service our international client base.

You will be joining a high performing team with a wealth of experience and knowledge who work together to service their international client base.
You will be required to support the Shipbuilding team by:
· Identifying, attracting and shortlisting candidates for the recruitment process to fulfil the requirements of the business brief
· Identify new business opportunities
· Provide general administrative support to the recruitment function
· Operate in line with the relevant legislation

· An interest in learning about new things and new people
· Experience of working in a phone based role
· A positive can do attitude
· Good Organisation, numeric and literacy skills
· Full UK driving Licence
· Excellent communication skills
· A sales, business admin, customer service or HR qualification
· Level 2 or equivalent in Maths and English
